尊敬的各位同仁和朋友：
今日提笔，我怀着感恩与期待，正式履新华福证券，担任华福国际CEO兼首席全球资产配置官。这是一次新的启航，也是我砥砺前行的又一里程碑。
回首过去几年的岁月，我有幸应对风云变幻的市场挑战，在激烈竞争中披荆斩棘、开拓新局，预测了过去两年多来中国市场一些重要拐点，比如2022年10月30日的《买！买！买！》，以及2024年9月24日市场在政策帮助下的大级别反弹，以及今年以来的“东升西降”和黄金的历史性行情。一如既往，我的研究工作受到了中外市场的认可。
然则，学无止境，行者无疆。一个人若要在快速变革的时代中安身立命，唯有不断挑战自我、突破藩篱。加入华福国际，是一次深思熟虑后的抉择，也是实现抱负的大好良机。华福证券具有广阔的国际视野，近年来在中国券商业中异军突起，缔造了令人瞩目的业绩。我期待在华福这样兼容并蓄的舞台上，将多年来的经验与华福的使命融会贯通，为华福的股东、客户和合作伙伴继续创造价值。

It is with profound gratitude and anticipation that I formally assume my new role at Huafu Securities as CEO of Huafu International （HK） Financial Holdings Limited and Chief Global Asset Allocation Officer． This marks the commencement of a new chapter and yet another milestone in my unwavering pursuit of excellence．
Reflecting on the past few years， I am humbled to have navigated the challenges of dynamic global markets and pioneered new frontiers amidst intense competition． My research and analyses have consistently garnered international recognition， including accurate forecasts of pivotal turning points in China’s capital markets—such as the emphatic “Buy！ Buy！ Buy！” call on 30 October 2022， the policy-driven market resurgence on 24 September 2024， the prevailing “East Ascends， West Declines” paradigm， and this year’s historic surge in gold prices．
Yet， learning is boundless， and exploration knows no horizon． To thrive in this era of unprecedented transformation， one must relentlessly challenge conventions and transcend boundaries． My decision to join Huafu International （HK） Financial Holdings Limited stems from deliberate contemplation—a strategic alignment with an institution that embodies global vision and has emerged as a trailblazer in China’s securities industry． I am committed to synergizing my expertise with Huafu’s mission on this dynamic platform， delivering enduring value to shareholders， clients， and partners alike．
I extend my heartfelt gratitude to my former colleagues and all collaborators for their steadfast support． Your trust and dedication have been instrumental in laying the foundation for this new endeavour．
In this century-defining era of global recalibration， China’s economy and capital markets—with their unparalleled breadth and depth—are increasingly embraced by international investors， heralding a future of immense promise． I will dedicate my vigour and insight to advancing research on the Greater China capital markets， articulating the “China Narrative”， and partnering with global stakeholders to witness the renaissance of China’s financial landscape．
While farewell can be sentimental， they also ignite hope． Though my role evolves， my original aspiration remains steadfast． From this new vantage point， I eagerly anticipate continuing our shared journey toward economic advancement and societal progress．
